It's September 2023. I got a post on one of my other blogs and so I looked at all three of them. This one brought back so many memories. I have to admit that I rarely looked at the comments. Unlike Facebook, Insta or Snapchat - comments get lost and don't bring the post back to the top so if I post and someone comments weeks later I may never see it.  And I didn't. That's why I decided to spend 2 hours formatting them to post as my last post, so I can see them. Then I will publish it as a book and delete it. These were happy years - not that any of them haven't been but what a treasure trove of a journal I have here with my writing and my personal thoughts with pictures! The videos will be missed, but I hope those who read this can get a glimpse into who I was then through my words and pictures and those of my fellow bloggers - all of whom are dear friends who have blessed our lives in countless ways. Oh, here come the tears again....

Wight Family commented on "I thought I'd post today..." Oct 11, 2010 I love our family conference tradition! ;) Missed you yesterday. Mike's fam even asked where you guys were!!! And I had a really touching moment with Grandmpa L. It was interesting. I'll have to tell you about it over the phone. Love you!

1tiredmama commented on "I thought I'd post today..." Oct 10, 2010 We missed the monkey bread this year. I am was tired am pregnant to have the energy for anything. Glad to see that things are going for you guys. I will have to go find you on facebook now!

Jodi commented on "I thought I'd post today..." Oct 6, 2010 Good to hear you are still out there and I completely understand about the projects. They all take too much time and money. Wish I could hire someone to do it for me!

Jodi commented on "Okay - so much for mixed emotions...." May 19, 2010 So I guess you are in CA now, but I hope you are doing well being back together as a family - sort of. I wish you would have made an announcement that you were in the same state. I would have come to visit you! I hope the house projects are going well and you are getting settled in to SoCal life. One day I will come visit you and see your new house! Post pictures soon!!

1tiredmama commented on "Mixed Emotions" Apr 12, 2010 Too bad your going to California and not back to Texas (Dallas, this time). We miss you guys! We were thinking of your family at conference as we sat and ate monkey bread! It just isn't the same without the Passey's. Hope all goes well and be sure to get me your new address once you get all settled.

David commented on "Mixed Emotions" Apr 6, 2010 Wow! Good luck with your move!! I was just thinking about you and your family because we have a potential trip planned to Baltimore in June! Where in Cali are you headed? Your boys are adorable! I can't believe Jar is 14!! So crazy! Has that much time really passed?!?

Science Teacher Mommy commented on "Mixed Emotions" Apr 5, 2010 On your knees? ;)

The Rich Family commented on "Mixed Emotions" Mar 25, 2010 Congrats on the move!!! I love seeing your boys!! Holy cow. We move east and you move west---bad timing. northern or southern? Good Luck!!!

scraphappymama commented on "Mixed Emotions" Mar 24, 2010 WOW!! You are a woman full of adventure. I can understand your mixed emotions, but California can be fun . . . . just think how much closer you are to Disneyland now!! :)

Jodi commented on "Mixed Emotions" Mar 24, 2010 You sold?!?! Wow, I need an email please!!! Congratulations and I completely understand your mixed emotions :(

Wight Family commented on "Mixed Emotions" Mar 24, 2010 Oh Dear Sister!! I love you. Mixed emotions is great! :) Means you are a girl, and sentimental, and loving, and that you have yet another place to go visit to finish a bucket list with your sister, ME! I do wish I could have squeezed in a visit this month, but good thing you told me to hold off on my plans! We wouldn't have had a place to stay! ;) We will go back and see those horses and visit those last few places. It will be alright! You're moving to a warm sunny place where you'll find new allergies, friends, and loved ones!!!

Student Doc's Wife commented on "Cob's First Food Taste" Feb 11, 2010 Ha! I love it! Don't worry about having to ask your "younger sisters" for advice. I think it's great that we're all in the same place at the same time, just in different locations! Try some fruit with it. Something that has some flavor..

Jodi commented on "Have you ever been this happy to see the sun?" Feb 11, 2010 WOW! That is so much snow! You really are going from one extreme to the other with this move. I love the waking up pictures :) So I might be crazy right now, because I'm sad we are not there for this epic winter. Have some fun in the snow for us.

Science Teacher Mommy commented on "More News. . ." Feb 5, 2010 Wow! Huge changes. You'll have to change YOUR blog name to Nomad. ;)

Jodi commented on "More News. . ." Feb 4, 2010 My advice on the house is make a big list and just take it one thing at a time, everyday. Eventually things start disappearing and before you know it you have your house on the market. I miss you! I can't wait to see you in a few weeks :) You might be sorry you asked, but since you did...I miss the Cherry Blossom Festival, make sure you go one more time(take some meds)! Ge a family picture under a good tree. Spend as much time in DC as you can, Sunday afternoons are the best. I wish we would have done Monticello. I loved it and Mike never made it. The spring would be ideal for that trip. As far as B-more, one word...Amici's. Oh how I dream about their food! Eat some for me too. Go to Wegman's and Trader Joe's, oh wait, you are moving to LA, forget TJ's. Okay, I should stop. Just enjoy the time you have left. It goes so quickly!

Sunnie commented on "Blizzards, Smothering, Decorating, ..." Feb 1, 2010 Tara! Fun blog! My family is from La Verne which is an awesome place. Email me with questions and I can let you know all about SoCal if that is where you are going... allysunnie at yahoo dot com.

Genjunky commented on "Happy Birthday Jam!" Jan 6, 2010 I guess I should admit it is a Wilton Puzzle Cake - cupcakes of various shapes that can be a dumptruck, rocket or a train, or whatever you come up with that isn't mapped out on the pattern in the box. And I have to give Jeff credit for the stars and smartie door window. Thanks!

Jodi commented on "Happy Birthday Jam!" Jan 3, 2010 Happiest Birthday to my sweet little James friend (he probably doesn't remember me by now, but Happy day anyway). I hope he enjoyed going to Sunbeams on his very birthday today :) Love the cake! It is spectacular.

Science Teacher Mommy commented on "Happy Birthday Jam!" Jan 3, 2010 O wow. Did you make that cake? AWESOME.

Jodi commented on "Blizzards, Smothering, Decorating, ..." Dec 21, 2009 Mike and I just said last week how happy we are to NOT have to dig out any cars this year. That is a TON of snow!! Crazy. That baby Cob is such a sweet chunk. Oh how I want to kiss those sweet cheeks. Miss you guys! Merry, Merry to you all.

Science Teacher Mommy commented on "Jar is Awesome! and some other things" Nov 30, 2009 Wait . . . there is an instruction manual? You guys will, no doubt, figure it out.

Jules commented on "Two weeks old, 8 lbs and counting!" Nov 11, 2009 He is soooo cute Tara & Jeff. It's fun to read your posts. Glad life is fun and hectic for all of us no matter what end of the country you live on. :) Love from the Barrs in Vernal, Julie I now have a blog if you want to view it. tryingtoraisethebarr.blogspot.com

Habs commented on "AAARRRGGGHHH! The Flu bug has bit!" Oct 28, 2009 I heard the virus resides in your nose and throat. You can ward off H1N1 by doing sinus rinses with warm salt water and drinking hot beverages. Of course you couldn't really do that with a baby but maybe it would help you!

Wight Family commented on "AAARRRGGGHHH! The Flu bug has bit!" Oct 21, 2009 Oh sister.... I wish I could come help you with those boys! Keep us updated. We'll pray that you continue to get an 'easy flu bug' there... and that neither you or Cob get it!!!

Science Teacher Mommy commented on "AAARRRGGGHHH! The Flu bug has bit!" Oct 21, 2009 And I'll just log off now so as not to catch your virus--virtual or otherwise!

Wight Family commented on "Wild Thing, You Make My Heart Sing . . ." Sep 25, 2009 Oh how I wish I could come see you soon!!! But I think that would just be too much for the both of us. I loved the video, right down to the "A Capella" comment from Jar!!! Love it! That Jamesy is so darling. And yes, 6 weeks should be about long enough, and be a bold nurser, just use a cover around Jar. James would probably be fascinated by it, but Jar, he'd head out the door!! I nursed Kenna in front of my nephew Braden and he didn't think much of it after he asked a few questions he just played and ignored me. 3 yo's are fascinating!! Miss yours!!! And you!

Jodi commented on "Wild Thing, You Make My Heart Sing . . ." Sep 25, 2009 Love the video. When did he grow up? I guess over the last year! Can't believe it's been that long since I have seen my little buddy. Things will get better, I promise!

eyre blog commented on "Two weeks old, 8 lbs and counting!" Sep 16, 2009 congrats! he is beautiful!

Habs commented on "Two weeks old, 8 lbs and counting!" Sep 16, 2009 Congrats on the new baby. He looks beautiful. Tell James his girlfriend says "hi!"

David commented on "JIP has arrived! - No he's not jaundiced - YET." Sep 10, 2009 Congrats! He is adorable! I love having a boy! I don't know why I was nervous before. What a journey you have had! Did Jeff tell you we see him and the other boys in UT! Too bad we missed you!

Wight Family commented on "Two weeks old, 8 lbs and counting!" Sep 9, 2009 Ah, I'm so happy for you sister!! Can't say I sleep during the day either, but I do try. And how nice to have mom there to James-wrangle!! ;) That Jacob is a good lookin lil boy. I love the forward hair do! So 'now'! Keep it short, I love it!! ;) And try to sleep more!

Jodi commented on "Two weeks old, 8 lbs and counting!" Sep 9, 2009 Don't kid yourself, you can nap at ANY time of day with a newborn. I'm so impressed he slept 4 1/2 hours last night, way to go Jacob! He is darling. A dark haired James if you ask me.

jaemir1 commented on "JIP has arrived! - No he's not jaundiced - YET." Sep 1, 2009 Congratulations on the new baby! He's beautiful!! :) -Dave and Miranda

Jodi commented on "I promised a picture . . ." Aug 30, 2009 Oh, Tara! I'm so glad Dr. H took you when she did. I cannot imagine how uncomfortable you were. But it was all worth it for that beautiful little boy you now have in your arms. I hope you are getting some rest :) Miss you!

Wight Family commented on "I promised a picture . . ." Aug 29, 2009 You are a brave sister!! And that Jamesy is SO cute!! And honestly, I don't think it looks bad. I think it looks like you're carrying around a lot of love!! And you look happy. Keep this pic. Keep it on your blog. Just post lots more so it will go in archives! ;) But print out your blog in a book and have it forever. Love you!

scraphappymama commented on "JIP has arrived! - No he's not jaundiced - YET." Aug 28, 2009 he is adorable!! Congratulations!! You have the cutest family. Hope things are going well for you as you transition to three boys :)

1tiredmama commented on "JIP has arrived! - No he's not jaundiced - YET." Aug 27, 2009 Congratulations! I am so happy for you guys. When Emily and Emery were born I stayed at the hospital as long as I could. That was the calm before the storm. I actually got to sit and let people wait on me. Enjoy the new guy! As a side note, I think you need to start planning your trip to Texas. You wouldn't have to go all the way to Houston, you could just come to Dallas and see both Rainie and I. Or maybe a weekend trip somewhere in the middle for just us ladies (and the newest little one of course)!

The Kersten Family commented on "JIP has arrived! - No he's not jaundiced - YET." Aug 27, 2009 Congratulations! You guys sure make good looking boys! He is adorable. Give him some kisses from us! Love, The Kersten's

Jodi commented on "JIP has arrived! - No he's not jaundiced - YET." Aug 27, 2009 Oh you had but a wee one ;) What a fun weight though. He looks adorable and I'm glad to hear things went well. We were sad to check out of Hotel GBMC.

Kent commented on "JIP has arrived! - No he's not jaundiced - YET." Aug 27, 2009 Let's not beat around the bush. I am excited to meet my newest nephew. When are you guys coming back out here? :) I am grateful everyone is doing well and everything went well.

Wight Family commented on "JIP has arrived! - No he's not jaundiced - YET." Aug 26, 2009 What a cute baby!! Great job. I love his cheeks!! They just need snuggled and nuzzled and kissed!! I wonder when I'll get to!? Take care!! PS Thanks for another Nephew, I really like them!!!

1tiredmama commented on "HOORAY! ! ! WAHOOO! ! !" Aug 24, 2009 Yay!! Can't wait to see pictures! Good luck!

Student Doc's Wife commented on "HOORAY! ! ! WAHOOO! ! !" Aug 24, 2009 Yippee for you!! I am glad that he seems to be okay! Let me know what goes on! Ready or not here he comes tomorrow morning! Enjoy your labor inducing drugs! I hear they're a blast!! love you all!

Jodi commented on "Mom's here now the excitement can begin?" Aug 24, 2009 You poor thing. I hope things come back positive and I'm so glad your mom is there! Fingers crossed for you ;)

Wight Family commented on "Mom's here now the excitement can begin?" Aug 24, 2009 Ugh! I hate waiting too!! And dreams about disappointment are terrible. We're praying for your baby's safe arrival!! Love you!!

1tiredmama commented on "Baby on the Way! We hope...." Aug 21, 2009 Good luck! I hope everything goes well and I can't wait to see pictures of the newest little Passey!

Wight Family commented on "Baby on the Way! We hope...." Aug 19, 2009 Tara, I'll say these few things. 1) there was a section in time when during l&d with Elise that I very seriously asked the nurse if there wasn't any other direction she could come out... and at that point, it was too late! 2)Epidurals are great! Can't say I've had problems with that. And 3) You could try a c-section. Recovery is longer, but well, no pushing involved!! :) So that may be good on that "end"!! Love you! Best wishes and I pray all goes well. Names yet??!!

Jules commented on "Baby on the Way! We hope...." Aug 19, 2009 Good luck, Tara. We'll be praying for you all.

Science Teacher Mommy commented on "Baby on the Way! We hope...." Aug 18, 2009 Garrick turned himself breech three days AFTER his due date. He'd been head down all along until then. She turned him (horrible) and then induced me and he was born naturally. I'm glad I didn't have to recover from abdominal surgery on top of everything else, but there was a point when I thought I'd have a C-section. I called a very good friend and she helped me to see that it wouldn't be so bad. (She'd had two.) They come when they come, and however they come at least you'll have him. Three boys. What were we thinking? ;)

Jodi commented on "Baby on the Way! We hope...." Aug 18, 2009 HOORAY!!! Full term is no picnic. Just a word of advice (or my opinion), they go light on the epidurals at your hospital. Having had one there and now here, I now know they are stingy on the drugs there. So if you want no pain, tell them to make you good and comfortable before you will push. If you feel anything, ANYTHING, tell them to give you more. Other than that, GOOD LUCK! We are thinking about you guys and can't wait to hear the news.

Kent commented on "Baby on the Way! We hope...." Aug 18, 2009 I can't wait to hear about my new nephew. I figure I will hear about him LONG before I get to see him. You will be in our prayers.

Wight Family commented on "So just how many babies are you going to have?" Jul 20, 2009 Loved having you here!! Thanks for coming. Keep us posted on this newest arrival... You just keep us guessing don't ya?!

Kirkhams commented on "So just how many babies are you going to have?" Jul 19, 2009 We were so bummed to miss the reunion, but will for sure plan on going to the next one! We need to keep Grandma kicking for a few more years! Hang in there sweet little lady! I'm still waiting to see pictures from the reunion! Keep updating the blog so we can see how little jr. is doing! Miss you guys!

Science Teacher Mommy commented on "So just how many babies are you going to have?" Jul 18, 2009 Three boys . . . bless you child. Your title made me think of my last post. I'm not sure I'll ever have an adequate answer to that question.

Genjunky commented on "Memorial Day" Jun 25, 2009 Nomad- I'm divulging secrets here, but I think there were 4 or 5 corndogs, two orders of popcorn chicken, Cheesey tots, drinks all around, a couple of dessert drinks, fries...hmmm. Does that sound like $50? The fries weren't as good as 249's are. It was a gorging...It has been at least a year for Jeff and I - longer for Jaren. Boy - we miss the corndogs!

Kristin commented on "Memorial Day" Jun 10, 2009 And did you know they had free root beer float day last week? I love Sonic... the tots, a cherry limeade, so yummy.

Jodi commented on "Memorial Day" Jun 2, 2009 I've never really had much there, but maybe today I will stop and get a limeade in your honor. Sorry, no cherry for me. To much cough syrup as a kid turned me off to anything cherry flavored. Just think, you can have it every day in just a few weeks :)

Jodi commented on "Rambling thoughts in my mumu" Jun 2, 2009 I am VERY proud of you for getting that little guy into a big boy bed! Way to go. I'm glad you guys figured out the sleeping situation and hooray for James not even falling out of the bed. That is great! Don't worry about what time it is and if you are dressed or not. Last week I didn't even brush my teeth until very late in the afternoon. Oops! Let's just say the pregnancy excuse it a beautiful thing. I'm glad you finally found a good VT companion. Your last one was a true slacker!! Miss you!

Science Teacher Mommy commented on "Memorial Day" Jun 1, 2009 I love Sonic. I'm still not sure how you could spend $50 there. I do love their corndogs. And 'tots. And fruity slushies . . . oh, I'm so hungry.

Science Teacher Mommy commented on "(Untitled)" May 14, 2009 Looks like Oregon. And, though I've never had allergies before, I think I'm developing this year.

Wight Family commented on "(Untitled)" May 13, 2009 Bug isn't into the pool thing huh? He could take swimming here at the Ogden pool this summer if you stay here long enough!! Did you ever decide, Bangs or no bangs?

Wight Family commented on "Maryland's Spring Beauties I love/hate" May 13, 2009 I love the Weeping Cherry, that is beautiful, and the Camelia... WOW! Now I'll go back to my kleenex and continue to fight my allergies here. Love and miss you sister!

Rainie commented on "Spring Break Outing" May 5, 2009 I'm so slow to keep up but I'm just getting back into this blog thing. Your family is darling, little looks just like big!!! (and another boy, congrats, how exciting!) We want to come east and visit our western friends.

1tiredmama commented on "Spring Break Outing" Apr 28, 2009 Looks like a fun little trip. Congrats on the pregnancy! I can't wait to hear if its a boy or girl.

eyre blog commented on "Bangs or no bangs?" Apr 6, 2009 if you have long bangs you could always pin them back or blend them into your hair. THey will always grow out too so commit to at least try the bangs then get rid of them if they aren't compatible! Take the risk! then again I don't think I could! good luck!

Wight Family commented on "Bangs or no bangs?" Mar 30, 2009 Oh, I forgot to mention, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the dots.

Wight Family commented on "Bangs or no bangs?" Mar 30, 2009 hmm Sister, I think we both look pretty good with bangs, BUT you have to "do" them... Otherwise they just hang there. I've got chin length bangos right now and I'm contemplating a trim for summer... but then there is the forehead breakouts... and the constantly sweeping them to the side anyway. Ugh. Good luck choosing!! Love you!

Science Teacher Mommy commented on "Bangs or no bangs?" Mar 30, 2009 After many months (years?) of growing them out, my bangs were as long as my shoulders and layered into the rest--even longer. It looked awesome when it looked good, but that was about one day in five (or ten). Also, I'm still prone to breakouts on my forehead. I thought about it for a while too, and then one day I just snapped, got a babysitter and went to the chopshop and viola! Bangs. And I really love them. My hair at its best now is not as fabulous as bangless, but I have a lot more good days than before. And with the all-too-common-ponytail that long haired mothers often sport, bangs are a must for me. Happy choosing.

eyre blog commented on "A little of this and that" Mar 25, 2009 yeah again. I can't wait to hear wether you're having a boy or girl. Sorry about being sick though. that's never fun.

Science Teacher Mommy commented on "What would you do if you were here?" Mar 16, 2009 My SIL di the half marathon in Baltimore a few years ago. My mum and I were visiting she and my brother in DC and drove up to it. I loved the Baltimore waterfront area. We found the greatest Italian restaraunt down in Little Italy just by walking and reading menus. The mall downtown was fun and ritzy, if ou are a shopper. Your baseball stadium there is gorgeous too. I'd definitely go to see the Orioles when they played a team I really liked. Big cities always have shows come through on tour--I'd see everything. I would not, however, venture more than a block or two off of the waterfront and eat at the most shocking mcdonald's I've ever see. And you are only an hour from DC. There are a thousand free things to do there. That's all.

Jodi commented on "What would you do if you were here?" Mar 16, 2009 Have you done Monticello yet? I didn't while we lived there and completely regret it! I went about 15 years ago on a trip out to DC, but I always wanted to go back. I LOVED it there in the country side of Virginia. Plus the campus of UVA is fabulous! Take your boys to all the Civil War sights. Jaren should be at an age to appreciate that stuff.

Student Doc's Wife commented on "A little of this and that" Mar 9, 2009 Congrats! That's exciting, and of course we all have more than just our fingers crossed. Thoughts and prayers are with you sister.

Kent commented on "A little of this and that" Mar 5, 2009 The baby news is SO awesome. I can't wait to educate the baby on who the best uncle in the world is. I will give you a hint, his name starts with a K and ends with an ent.

Jodi commented on "A little of this and that" Mar 4, 2009 We have all our fingers and toes crossed for you guys! I'm hoping for a girl to turn that boy house upside down ;) Glad the snow is melting and if our weather comes your way you should have 70 degrees to enjoy (along with some wind) in a few days. Take care, I'm sorry I'm not there to take James for a few hours for you!!

Jodi commented on "A little of this and that" Mar 4, 2009 Congrats on the baby. I think that is really wonderful. Is this a brand new blog, or just a new look. I noticed you didn't sign in as genjunky on my blog today--I'm assuming westernerinmaryland is you? Let me know.

Kent commented on "It's time to post, right?" Mar 1, 2009 Hey, isn't it time for your monthly post? :)

calmrapids commented on "It's time to post, right?" Jan 22, 2009 So fun to see your cute family! Found your blog through science teacher mommy. Good to see you all and hear what you've been up to.

Science Teacher Mommy commented on "It's time to post, right?" Jan 21, 2009 Have I told you that our kids have exactly the same face?

Christy commented on "Our B'more Blessings" Jan 19, 2009 Now I want to move there.

Jodi commented on "Merry Christmas!" Dec 26, 2008 We loved seeing the photos, Chloe especially. Looks like it was a lovely Christmas in Baltimore!

Science Teacher Mommy commented on "Merry Christmas!" Dec 25, 2008 Nice photos. We went to JCP last year also and really loved the way they turned out. They only cost a SMALL fortune. Where is Sarah Berry when you need her? Don't you love "A Baby Changes Everything?"

Jodi commented on "Our B'more Blessings" Dec 22, 2008 See I knew you liked something about B'more. It was not my first choice but I learned to love it (I wanted VA). Plus we got to get to know you guys better than we ever would have!!! We miss you terribly! Chloe still recognizes you :) Merry Christmas!

Science Teacher Mommy commented on "Our B'more Blessings" Dec 22, 2008 You are RS President? I had no idea. You have my deepest sympathies . . .

Genjunky commented on "File Folders & Sunday Mania" Dec 22, 2008 Actually, Yes, but convincing the other half that that is a good idea right now is a VERY difficult task! I actually thought of you this time too! Missed your company.

1tiredmama commented on "File Folders & Sunday Mania" Dec 15, 2008 So I just got all caught up on your blog and your life (I have been a blogging slacker lately). I can't believe that little Jaren is 13!! In my mind he will always be the cute little kid that I taught piano to and the fun kid who loved to come and entertain my little Ethan. Ethan still talks about his friend Jaren every once in a while. Good luck with the RS thing. What is worse RS pres or Primary pres? And just so you know I finally broke down and made monkey bread this last general conference. It has finally sunk in that we won't be crashing your house and enjoying your yummy monkey bread any more. We missed the tradition and decided we needed to carry it on in memory of our great old neighbors that we still miss often. Want to move to Dallas??

Jodi commented on "File Folders & Sunday Mania" Dec 6, 2008 Hello finally! We made it in one piece and now we are missing what we left. Poor Jaren! That stinks. As for James, I suggest sitting near the Mosdells, that worked for us. Emily always has a great bag of tricks; stickers, folder games, and pirate booty. How are you doing? We miss you guys! :(

Science Teacher Mommy commented on "File Folders & Sunday Mania" Dec 5, 2008 As for your comment on my blog--your Texas house WAS lovely. You'd have to make a million bucks a year to own something comprable in your neck of the woods. And so what if you romanticize it? Isn't that what memories are all about? June flowers in the winters of our lives.

Science Teacher Mommy commented on "File Folders & Sunday Mania" Dec 5, 2008 I'm not sure what works for us. I know that after 18 months, if the kids leave sacrament meeting they have to sit on our laps in the foyer. They learn fairly quickly that they want to be in the meeting with the snacks and the kids. By three my kids will color, at least occasionally. We like sticker books. I keep them in the Sunday bag and that is the ONLY day they get them so they think they are pretty great.

Christy commented on "You're What????" Dec 4, 2008 I'm pretty sure he planned to put them in his nose... isn't that what boys do with things that size?

Science Teacher Mommy commented on "You're What????" Dec 1, 2008 I meant "never make it." Sheesh, I should really edit.

Science Teacher Mommy commented on "You're What????" Dec 1, 2008 Hee. Hee. I think my 18 month old could be my decoration nemesis this year. We may have to wrap family presents on Christmas eve or they will never make.

Wight Family commented on "You're What????" Dec 1, 2008 You should definitely ask Bug what his plans were! I know he'll be able to tell you. You know how creative those little kids are. They do and say the darndedest (what word is that??!!) things. If Jeff can't find all the sockets, he could just turn the tree a bit! :O) Wish I was there to see it! Miss you!!! Vicki

Kristin commented on "You're What????" Dec 1, 2008 Sounds so familiar...We've had our tree up for about two days now and it has almost gotten knocked down half a dozen times by our little stinker. Funny little boys.

Kent commented on "You're What????" Nov 30, 2008 Both of your little boys have been like little engineers. They just have to figure out how stuff works and play with it. I guess you could say that the WHOLE tree is not in the Christmas mood.

Kent commented on "Happy 13th Birthday Jar!" Nov 19, 2008 Happy B-day J! I hope you found Bob Cranberry somewhere and pulled him out just for old times sake. GO JAZZ! We really hope you had a great day. Welcome to the teens!

Wight Family commented on "Happy 13th Birthday Jar!" Nov 18, 2008 I loved this post sister. I need a better calendar. Guess I better work on one for 2009 huh?! I'll call you tomorrow, and Jar. Hopefully with ONLY good tidings!!

Science Teacher Mommy commented on "Happy 13th Birthday Jar!" Nov 18, 2008 He so has your sparkly brown eyes. Even as a baby they are unmistakable. I think they have to be so cute as babies so that when they are teenagers you don't kill them. Good luck, mama.

Kent commented on "Hear Ye! Hear Ye! Announcing...." Nov 17, 2008 Way to go Jaren!

Wight Family commented on "Hear Ye! Hear Ye! Announcing...." Nov 17, 2008 Congratulations to you both, or all three... I'm sure James didn't help much with practice. And that was a great teaser at the beginning there. You had me!

Christy commented on "Hear Ye! Hear Ye! Announcing...." Nov 15, 2008 Congratulations!

Kristin commented on "Trick or treat? - Treat of course!" Nov 12, 2008 Tara, I've was just thinking about you the other day, and then you show up on my blog! It's so great to see your family, Jeff, Jaren James-- your kids have grown up! (And mine have too, I guess, but it's been too long!) So good to hear from you. I scrolled down through your whole blog to see what you all have been up to. I'm glad we're re-connected!

Christy commented on "Trick or treat? - Treat of course!" Nov 12, 2008 Cutest pumpkin EVER!

Kent commented on "Trick or treat? - Treat of course!" Nov 6, 2008 Man those kids are growing up fast. I guess that is what happens when you only see them every couple of years. I agree that James is a lot like Jaren was at that age. I hope everything is going well.

Wight Family commented on "Trick or treat? - Treat of course!" Nov 2, 2008 I loved the video!! James is a doll. A lot like Jar when he was that size. I miss being a part of their lives. They are both growing up so FAST!! Happy Halloween!!

The Rich Family commented on "New York City & DC" Oct 24, 2008 I think of you often. I was happy to run across your blog from Ali's. Anyways, I know you are in a big place, but do you have any med students in your ward? My brother and wife just moved back there in Aug and go to the Military Med School. They live somewhere back there. HEE HEE. We miss Texas too---

Kent commented on "New York City & DC" Oct 11, 2008 Hey if you guys are going to steal my parents for a week and a half, the least you could do is tell me you have a blog! They told us all about how much fun they had. Little did you know, I have one too, although it is NOT very interesting.

Science Teacher Mommy commented on "New York City & DC" Oct 7, 2008 I'm so glad I happened on your oldish comment from a couple of weeks ago! And I'm really glad you are blogging. :)

The Scott Family commented on "(Untitled)" Sep 18, 2008 Tara--I found your blog address through Rainie's. Hope you don't mind. Yeah.....good for you for jumping on the blog train. I just jumped on not too long ago too. Congrats on the new calling. You know how you stay away from those "Primary Pres and RS Pres" callings?.....you just stop being so righteous. Fun to have your sister in our ward....and in YW with me. Small world!! I'm sure she told you we are in YW together right? Crazy!!! She's fun! Your kids are darling! You look great! Time flies....I can't believe how much Jaron has grown.

scraphappymama commented on "(Untitled)" Sep 8, 2008 James is so big. Hard to believe he was a baby when you guys moved. Congrats (if that's the right word) on RS pres. You'll be wonderful. Sure miss you guys - book club is dying here :(

The Kersten Family commented on "(Untitled)" Sep 4, 2008 Tara- Hip-hip-horray! I'm so glad to see your blog. It's great to be able to keep in touch and see pics of the family. RS Pres? Wow! That is a huge calling, but if anyone can keep it under control it would be you! Good luck. -Cia

Allie commented on "(Untitled)" Sep 3, 2008 Hey Tara! Thanks for your sweet comment about Bear. He always loved to go over to your house. I can't believe how big your boys are! James looks so much like Jaren it is amazing! What a cutie! Yall look great and happy. We miss you here in Texas! Love, Allie

1tiredmama commented on "Blogging - where, how, what" Sep 2, 2008 So glad to have a link to your blog. You will have to keep posting so we can keep up with you guys. I want to see pictures of your cute boys too. I can't believe Jaren is as old as he is. I still think of him as a cute little 9 year old. Where does the time go?

Wight Family commented on "Blogging - where, how, what" Sep 2, 2008 Tara, I have a friend with a super cute blog, lots of them actually! I've stuck with just the templates that blogspot offers. Go to thecutestblogontheblock.com I think. You've done loads with just having a music thing! I didn't have the patience to do that. I tried and it was killing me! I love your Sarah McClaughlin and Colbie Caillat! I love you sister! ~Vickers
