You're What????

It is a drizzly Sunday and so I am doing what I like to do after my nap, Indexing for FamilySearch online and I hear something rattling in a cup behind me (that would be originating from the livingroom). I turn around and get up because I see Bug with the cup by the tree --Jeff had to put the tree up yesterday to get in the mood, no decor, just the prelit tree. I look in the cup and start to laugh. "What are you doing, Bug?"

"I'm collecting the lights!" he triumphantly exclaims.

"You're What????" I furiously laugh as I walk into the kitchen to share with Jeff.

The little stinker pulled the lights out of the prelit tree very nice and quiet-like and now it has patchy dark spots! Kind of defeats the purpose of a pre-lit tree? Guess Jeff will have fun finding those sockets!

Love that Christmas mood - and that cute little boy. I wonder what he was going to do with the lights?

Both of your little boys have been like little engineers. They just have to figure out how stuff works and play with it. I guess you could say that the WHOLE tree is not in the Christmas mood.

Sounds so familiar...We've had our tree up for about two days now and it has almost gotten knocked down half a dozen times by our little stinker. Funny little boys.

You should definitely ask Bug what his plans were! I know he'll be able to tell you. You know how creative those little kids are. They do and say the darndedest (what word is that??!!) things.

If Jeff can't find all the sockets, he could just turn the tree a bit! :O) Wish I was there to see it!

Miss you!!!

Hee. Hee. I think my 18 month old could be my decoration nemesis this year. We may have to wrap family presents on Christmas eve or they will never make.

I meant "never make it." Sheesh, I should really edit.

I'm pretty sure he planned to put them in his nose... isn't that what boys do with things that size?
